Exercise BallI splurged at the grocery store the other day and bought an exercise ball. I had one a couple of years ago that I never got into the habit of using, but I left it too close to the heater once and it was horribly misshapen after that. So here's my second try. I played with it yesterday and found it to be a lot of fun... there are a bunch of great exercises you can do with it. |
